FREEDOM TO READ STAFF MUGSHOT POSTERS

Students enjoy looking at the displays near the library entrance and their reading selections are influenced by them.

For Freedom to Read Week, to encourage circulation of challenged books, I am asking for 5 minutes of your time to have your photo taken with a challenged/banned book that our library currently holds.  Books include well-known classics such as To Kill a Mockingbird, Of Mice and Men, Brave New World -- in addition to modern classics such as Harry Potter and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time.   The full list is posted  HERE.

Please consider being photographed with one of these books;   It could be a title that you've already read or a title that you want to read.  All posters will be housed behind the glass windows at the entrance of the library.  More details to follow at Tuesday's staff meeting.
